2017-10-21

The hacking team hack@unhcfreg competed in the qualifiers at Penn State University for the Collegiate Penetration Testing Competition (CPTC) managed to hack the 3rd place right after University Central Florida and Rochester Institute of Technology. With the third place, they will now compete in the finals Nov 3-5 at RIT. Details can be found here and/or here or on the University of New Haven Website.

Additionally, the UNHcFREG Hacking Team scored *2nd* (out of 23) at the Cyberseed CTF competition at UConn which came with a $7500 price. The only University able to beat us was University Central Florida; thus we beat institutions like NYU, RIT and UConn.
